Qualifications & Skills Must possess the education required for state nursing licensure and hold a valid state nursing license (LPN/LVN or RN). A valid driver's license is required. Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience; clinical leadership experience is preferred. A strong working knowledge of technology and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and electronic documentation is essential.
