We also serve a full menu of from scratch bites, cater private events and large parties, and host community events. Our first restaurant located in Historic Dublin, opened in 2020, while our Uptown Westerville location opened in the Fall of 2023.Job Summary:North High Brewing is looking for exceptional Sever Assistants to join our fast growing team! You’ll be working in a restaurant with creatively classic dishes, drinks, and craft beers alongside a crew of amazing people.The Server Assistant supports both our Front of House and Back of House team by ensuring tables are cleaned, stocked, and ready for guests. You will contribute to an exceptional dining experience by delivering food, helping with BOH expo, cleaning tables, removing dirty dishes, replacing table linens, setting tables, and servicing items to guests such as water, coffee, and condiments.A great candidate would be good at managing multiple priorities and thrive in a fast-paced environment. This person would pay special attention to the details and care about performing quality work and overall contributing to a friendly and productive team atmosphere.Responsibilities:Provide excellent customer service.Promptly clear and reset tables to ensure quick turnover and cleanlinessAssist servers with delivering food, beverages, and condiments as neededMaintain cleanliness of the dining area, including floors, chairs, and service stationsSupport guest needs with a friendly, proactive attitudeRestock supplies such as napkins, silverware, and glasswareCommunicate effectively with servers, hosts, and kitchen staff to ensure seamless serviceUphold sanitation and safety standards in all tasksJump in where needed—whether it’s helping with a large party or lending a hand during peak hoursRequirements:Ability and willingness to maintain flexible work schedules, as weekend and extended workdays are necessary.Ability to effectively listen to and respond to customer needs.Must have a courteous, friendly and professional demeanor.Ability to multitask efficiently.Ability to stand for extended periods of time, walk, use hands to finger, grasp, handle or feel, push, pull, reach, crouch, kneel, crawl or bend, and perform repetitive motions of the hands and/or wrists.
