Enterprise Shift Supervisor

JOB SUMMARY We are looking for a dedicated Shift Supervisor to support our management team in running the day-to-day operations of our restaurant. In this role, you will lead, teach, and inspire Team Members while ensuring an exceptional guest experience. Maintaining a professional demeanor at all times is crucial. You will assist in coaching, counseling, and developing Team Members to enhance sales, optimize profitability, adhere to budget constraints, effectively manage guest complaints, and uphold the highest standards of sanitation, safety, and food quality. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Maintain attendance as scheduled. Provide excellent service by exemplifying CHARM and CARE to every guest. Assist the management team in recruiting, training, and developing Team Members through daily interactions. Comply with company policies, procedures, and all state and federal wage and hour regulations. Ensure all equipment is properly maintained and in good repair. Oversee essential processes such as line checks, pull thaw, prep lists, and food safety protocols. Verify that all food is prepared according to specifications regarding portion sizes, preparation techniques, and presentation. Support the management team in executing new initiatives, including product and menu rollouts. Other tasks as assigned. SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES The Shift Supervisor reports directly to the General Manager and is responsible for supervising a team of 15 to 25 members.
