Job Description We are seeking a strategic and results-oriented Technical Project Manager to oversee the end-to-end delivery of complex software initiatives. You will be the bridge between high-level business strategy and technical execution, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and at the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate possesses a deep understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and can confidently lead engineering teams through technical hurdles while managing stakeholder expectations. Key Responsibilities Project Lifecycle Management: Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders. Agile Leadership: Lead Scrum ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Retrospectives) and maintain a healthy, prioritized backlog. Technical Roadmap & Strategy: Translate complex technical requirements into actionable project plans and milestones. Risk Mitigation: Proactively identify technical risks and bottlenecks; develop contingency plans to keep projects on track. Resource Orchestration: Manage cross-functional resource allocation across DevOps, Backend, Frontend, and QA teams. Communication & Reporting: Provide transparent, data-driven updates on project health, velocity, and burn-down charts to executive leadership. Required Skills & Qualifications Expert knowledge of Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and Waterfall hybrids. Strong grasp of Cloud Infrastructure (AWS/Azure), Microservices, and API integrations. Mastery of Jira, Confluence, MS Project. Exceptional negotiation, conflict resolution, and technical storytelling. Ability to interpret DORA metrics and engineering velocity to drive improvements. The Project Management Lifecycle Preferred Qualifications Certifications: PMP, PMI-ACP, or Certified Scrum Master (CSM). Engineering Background: Previous experience as a Software Engineer or System Architect is highly desirable. Release Management: Experience managing complex deployment schedules and CI/CD environments Compensation, Benefits and Duration Minimum Compensation: USD 37,000 Maximum Compensation: USD 132,000 Compensation is based on actual experience and qualifications of the candidate. The above is a reasonable and a good faith estimate for the role.
