About the job Gen AI Lead/Architect JD for Gen AI Lead/Architect: Proven experience with GenAI, technologies with overall 10+ years of experience Design, fine-tune, and deploy state-of-the-art Generative AI models for various business use cases. Train and customize large language models (LLMs) for domain-specific requirements. Work with Natural Language Processing (NLP), text-to-image, and other generative AI technologies. Leverage Azure OpenAI Service to design and deploy Generative AI models. Strong proficiency in Python and experience with AI/ML libraries such as Pandas, Numpy, and PyTorch. Familiarity with Azure AI cloud platform, and version control systems like Git. Excellent communication and leadership skills. Good To have: Design and implement end-to-end pipelines for generative AI solutions, from data preparation to deployment in Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) or Azure Container Instances (ACI). Ensure efficient model serving with APIs, real-time inference, and monitoring
