The Opportunity As a Senior Consultant in Supply Chain Manufacturing, you will leverage your expertise to enhance our clients' global business performance. This is an exciting chance to work with industry leaders in a cutting-edge environment focused on manufacturing strategy, cost optimization, and operational performance. Your role will involve establishing, optimizing, and transforming manufacturing functions, designing and implementing productivity processes, and incorporating digital solutions to boost productivity and agility within plants. Your Key Responsibilities Drive manufacturing transformations, delivering excellence within the practice and the firm. Engage with high-level client personnel and core operational teams to implement leading manufacturing capabilities and technologies while driving cultural and change management initiatives. Define and execute project deliverables, monitoring completion and project status. Support junior colleagues and ensure performance objectives and metrics are met across client services, quality and risk management, and business growth. Skills and Attributes for Success Technical expertise in manufacturing processes including Integrated Work System (IWS), Total Productive Maintenance (TPM), and Lean methodologies. Analytical skills with a focus on loss analysis and reliability engineering. Familiarity with digital aspects of operations and manufacturing systems. Proven experience in driving KPI improvements such as OEE and waste reduction. Strong communication and problem-solving skills paired with strategic thinking and adaptability. To Qualify for the Role, You Must Have A bachelor's or master's degree, or significant manufacturing experience. 2-4 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing consulting environment. A willingness to travel frequently as required (60-80% of the time). The ability to cultivate and manage relationships effectively. Ideally, You'll Also Have Experience in mentoring junior colleagues and managing project budgets. Proficiency in manufacturing systems and performance improvement strategies. Experience in fast-paced industries such as consumer products or food and beverage manufacturing.
