You collaborate with project teams to assess client needs and create customized solutions. Your exceptional interpersonal skills help you foster lasting client relationships, ensuring project success. You excel in managing multiple projects while consistently delivering high-quality results promptly. Responsibilities: Evaluate current business processes to pinpoint opportunities that deliver tangible value and gather high-level requirements to design effective solutions. Translate business needs into technology-driven solutions and operational models by crafting robust business cases and guiding key initiatives. Act as a subject matter expert, steering teams to perform optimally and make well-informed decisions. Collaborate with diverse teams to contribute to critical decisions and provide cross-functional solutions. Possess expert knowledge in Salesforce Sales Cloud and Revenue Cloud, with substantial expertise in Salesforce CPQ. Demonstrate superior skills in Business Case Development, Value Architecture & Realization, and Business Design. Facilitate workshops to gather requirements and align stakeholders with business objectives. Develop comprehensive business cases that outline the benefits and costs of proposed technological solutions. Create and maintain clear documentation of business processes and technology solutions. Lead cross-functional teams to efficiently execute business transformation initiatives. Continuously review and refine business strategies to align with organizational goals. Qualifications: A minimum of 4 years of experience with cloud-based CPQ solutions. At least 4 years of hands-on experience specifically with SFDC CPQ. Minimum 2 years of experience in Quote to Cash - CPQ implementations. Experience working with clients in the Communications, Media, and Technology (CMT) industry. A bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (12+ years); an associate's degree requires a minimum of 6 years of experience. Preferred Qualifications: Experience working directly with the Salesforce platform. Familiarity with Apttus or Steelbrick/Salesforce CPQ. Understanding of business process design and Six Sigma principles. Active involvement in software project implementations centered around CPQ. Knowledge of web, database, and object-oriented software technologies. Hands-on experience in design, prototyping, development, configurations, testing, and other implementation tasks. Strong technical skills complemented by analytical abilities and problem-solving expertise.
