Role Responsibilities Deliver ongoing, comprehensive healthcare to individuals and families across all age ranges, from infants to seniors. Completion of an accredited residency program in Family Medicine. Certifications Board Certification in Family Medicine. Active Ohio medical license eligibility (or currently licensed).
