Recruiting Specialist

Job Title: Recruiting Specialist Location: Golden Valley, MN Compensation: $30.70 - $57.30/hr Hours: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM, Monday - Friday Type: 6-month contract, Potential for extension or conversion to permanent ResponsibilitiesLead top-of-funnel recruiting efforts for manufacturing plants across the United States, focusing on technical production roles such as Electrician, Mechanic, Ammonia Technician, and Controls Technician. Use proactive sourcing methods including networking, online platforms, workforce centers, technical schools, community organizations, and industry groups to identify qualified skilled trades talent. Collaborate with recruiters to understand role requirements and develop targeted sourcing strategies. Build, organize, and maintain pipelines of qualified candidates for current and future openings. Conduct initial screenings and assessments to evaluate candidate skills and fit with company values. Track sourcing metrics to improve recruitment strategies. Maintain clear, timely communication with candidates throughout the recruiting process. Requirements High School Diploma or GED. Minimum of 3 years of progressive recruiting experience in a corporate or search firm setting, including sourcing and full lifecycle recruiting. Proven ability to manage multiple searches and client relationships effectively. ATS experience for sourcing, tracking, and managing candidates. Strong client service, organizational, and follow-up skills. Excellent verbal and written communication abilities. Familiarity with recruiting tools such as LinkedIn, Indeed, and ATS platforms. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment managing multiple recruitment processes. Preferred: Bachelor's degree and experience sourcing skilled trades in manufacturing environments.
