The VP of Production will be tasked with driving operational excellence, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Strategic thinking, a hands-on approach, and the ability to empower teams to drive the company towards being the best supplier in the industry are essential. Applicants for the VP of Production position at the company should hold a Bachelor's degree in production engineering, operations management, or a related field, and have at least 10 years' experience in operational, production, or supply chain leadership roles.
