Job Description Join the dynamic Oracle Health Consulting team as a Learning Consultant II, where you will play a pivotal role in supporting our Federal clients through the largest electronic health record modernization initiative. In this exciting position, you will engage in delivering impactful training programs that facilitate the adoption and effective use of our innovative solutions. The Learning Consultant II will lead interactive training sessions for our clients, demonstrating product knowledge and industry best practices tailored to their unique environments. You will collaborate closely with experienced training professionals to customize both instructor-led and digital learning experiences that align with client needs. To excel in this role, you should: Exhibit outstanding communication skills and a knack for explaining complex concepts clearly. Possess proven expertise in electronic health record training and adult learning methodologies. Demonstrate behavioral competencies such as leadership potential, teamwork, adaptability, problem-solving, and a customer-centric focus. Pass an assessment confirming your knowledge of critical product areas. Hold a Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field such as Learning and Development, Business, Management, or Healthcare Administration. Have 3-6 years of experience in training or learning development. Show success in developing training programs, conducting needs analysis, and performing assessments of training effectiveness. Be adept at collaborating with cross-functional teams. Be a U.S. citizen eligible to obtain a Public Trust clearance after hire. Understand Microsoft Office products and related applications. Be prepared to travel to client sites, if required, up to 100% of the time. Be able to work flexible hours as needed based on local regulations. Preferred Qualifications: Experience teaching using adult learning principles and data-driven approaches. Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and digital learning tools. Direct experience in electronic health record training and delivery.
