RISE Uptown is seeking a strong, hands"'on Rooms Division Manager to lead our Front Office and Housekeeping teams at our 79"'room boutique hotel in uptown Phoenix. This is a great opportunity for a hotel rooms professional has a good balance of operational leadership, team development, and standards management What You'll DoLead and support small, tight"'knit Front Office & Housekeeping teams through on"'the"'floor coaching and involvement. Jump in wherever needed-front desk, room inspections, guest relations-to keep operations running smoothly. Maintain high standards of cleanliness, service, and efficiency across all guest"'facing areas. Resolve guest issues with warmth, creativity, and quick decision"'making. Help develop a positive, upbeat, boutique"'hotel culture that feels authentically "RISE." Develop strong SOP's, service standards and business practices. What We're Looking For3-5 years rooms leadership experience, ideally in boutique or lifestyle hotels with both Front Office and Housekeeping Someone who leads by example and thrives in a hands"'on, fast"'moving environment. Strong communicator who loves developing people and elevating the guest experience. Organized, detail"'oriented, and comfortable wearing multiple hats in a smaller operation. Physical Requirements: Stand, sit and walk for varying lengths of time, often long periods of time Bend, stoop, squat and stretch Lift approximately fifty (50) pounds of equipment or supplies on and off a cart, using safe lifting techniques Push and pull carts weighing up to fifty (50) pounds Good communication skills, both written and verbal, using written communication skills to mark completed rooms on daily paperwork Grasping, writing, standing, sitting, walking, repetitive motions, pulling, pushing, listening and hearing ability and visual ability Know and be able to administer first aid Direct evacuations in an emergency
