Your Role and Responsibilities As a Solution Representative, you will craft integrated solutions tailored to meet clients' business needs and drive significant client value, all while supporting IBM's strategic direction. Your main responsibilities will include: Develop Integrated Solutions: Create extensive solutions that cater to clients’ industry-specific challenges, ensuring alignment with IBM's broader business strategies. Drive Client Value: Spot opportunities for business growth and deliver exceptional client value through innovative solutions and services. Support Business Strategies: Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to ensure that developed solutions align with IBM's strategic goals and initiatives. Deliver Client-Facing Solutions: Engage directly with clients to assess their business requirements and deliver customized solutions that effectively address their needs. Foster Collaboration: Work alongside internal teams to design and deliver integrated solutions that truly meet client expectations. This position offers flexibility and can be performed from any location in the US. Required Technical and Professional Expertise Expertise in Solution Development: A proven record of developing comprehensive solutions that align with clients' industry and business essentials while delivering substantial value. Experience with Client Value Delivery: Demonstrated success in identifying opportunities that promote business growth and deliver client value through innovative solutions and services. Strategic Business Alignment: Hands-on experience coordinating with internal stakeholders to ensure that proposed solutions support and align with overarching business strategies. Client-Facing Solution Delivery: Established ability to engage clients effectively, understanding their business requirements and delivering tailored solutions. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Experience in working collaboratively with various internal teams to develop and implement integrated solutions fulfilling client needs. Preferred Technical and Professional Experience Industry Knowledge: Deep insights into industry trends and business challenges that empower you to formulate solutions meeting these needs and creating client value. Business Strategy Alignment: Experience in aligning developed solutions with business strategies and initiatives that promote growth and deliver innovative client solutions.
