Fintech - Blockchain/Crypto

Seeking a 2nd-5th Year Associate to join our Chambers USA Band 1 Global Fintech practice. The ideal candidate will be a Corporate associate with a strong interest in and experience representing companies and investors in the digital asset/blockchain space, particularly with venture financings, corporate transactions, token offerings, and securities law matters as well as general corporate expertise. This position may be located in our San Francisco or Palo Alto office. Outstanding academic credentials and law firm experience required. The salary wage range that we expect to pay for this position is a minimum of $235,000 and a maximum of $365,000 (annually). The actual pay wage may vary based on experience or other relevant factors.
