Licensed Clinical Therapist - Flagstaff, AZ (Hybrid) Elevate Mental Health, part of Optum, is seeking a full-time Licensed Clinical Therapist to join our Flagstaff office. You'll have autonomy to create your own schedule while supporting a diverse patient population.
