Key Responsibilities: Visit customers' homes to install and service DISH equipment and smart home products. Educate customers on how to use their technology and recommend additional services to enhance their experience. Flexible Schedule: Willingness to travel and work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Physical Strength: Ability to climb ladders (up to 40 ft), lift up to 70 lbs, and maintain a weight limit of 335 lbs. Customer Focus: Build trust and deliver great service.
