Key Responsibilities: Visit customers' homes to install and service DISH equipment and smart home products. Educate customers on how to use their technology and recommend additional services to enhance their experience. Knowledge of smart home technology to assist and educate customers. Insights and best practices from experienced technicians. Requirements: Valid Driver's License: Must have a clean driving record. Flexible Schedule: Willingness to travel and work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Physical Strength: Ability to climb ladders (up to 40 ft), lift up to 70 lbs, and maintain a weight limit of 335 lbs. Customer Focus: Build trust and deliver great service. Problem-Solving Skills: Address challenges effectively on-site. Determination and Adaptability: Work in diverse conditions and adjust to changing tasks smoothly. Compensation: Starting at $19.50/hour. Employment is conditional based on successful completion of pre-employment screenings, including drug testing and a satisfactory driving record.
