This position offers flexibility and the opportunity to work with a dedicated team committed to providing exceptional care.Responsibilities:Assist occupational therapists in implementing individualized treatment plans for clients.Conduct therapeutic activities to improve clients' daily living skills.Monitor and document client progress and report findings to the supervising therapist.Educate clients and families about therapeutic techniques and equipment use.Maintain a safe and clean work environment in accordance with health regulations.Participate in team meetings to discuss client care and progress.Adapt therapy activities to meet the needs and abilities of each client.Provide compassionate support and encouragement to clients during therapy sessions.Requirements:Current certification as an Occupational Therapist Assistant in Florida.Home Health experience preferred.Strong understanding of occupational therapy principles and practices.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.Current CPR and First Aid certifications.Flexible availability for PRN shifts, including weekends and holidays.AXXESS Home Health (EMR) experience preferred.About Us:SENIOR SUPPORT SERVICING LLC has been a trusted provider of quality healthcare services in Tampa, FL.
