Claims Management Specialist - req1635 OVERVIEW Join our dynamic team as a Claims Management Specialist, where you'll be integral to the warranty claim process for service parts, ensuring efficiency and accuracy. RESPONSIBILITIES Claim all warranty entitlements from CMSU vendors accurately and efficiently. Manage warranty claim reimbursements totaling $16M annually, processing over 3,000 transactions. Verify all billing for warranty entitlements to ensure consistency and accuracy. File warranty claims promptly, adhering to vendor deadlines. Maintain and update a comprehensive warranty database for all entitlements. Coordinate the timely return of defective warranty parts to the respective vendors. Ensure prompt receipt of replacement parts or financial credits. Collaborate closely with the Finance department to ensure accuracy of warranty receivable accounts and claims. Oversee the warranty returns process for CMSU dealers, ensuring smooth operations. Publish insightful monthly reports on warranty claims and trends. Engage in routine communication and collaboration with various departments and team members. Make informed decisions and provide recommendations in line with departmental goals. QUALIFICATIONS Proficient in PC applications, particularly Oracle Database and Excel spreadsheets. Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a service parts or logistics environment with a focus on vendor warranty claims. Preferred: 5 years’ experience in a similar setting.
