The work: Facilitate workshops with stakeholders to capture Record to Report (R2R) requirements and Financial Accounting Hub setups, yielding robust design recommendations. Guide clients on best practices in R2R processes utilizing the Financial Accounting Hub to drive business transformation with Oracle. Identify strategies, risks, and solutions, offering proactive recommendations to address challenges and align functions with client needs. Provide design options through prototypes to illustrate potential solutions. Collaborate with project teams, leaders, and stakeholders to craft exceptional R2R solution offerings utilizing Oracle Cloud. Lead, mentor, and support a project team in designing, setting up, testing, and deploying Oracle Financial Accounting Hub solutions, ensuring seamless integration according to Oracle methodologies. Organize tasks, track deliverables, and report on project progress. Build trust with clients, team members, and managers to ensure the successful delivery of projects. Continue to enhance your skills to assist with business development and sales initiatives. Stay updated on industry trends and Oracle features to provide your clients with optimal solutions. Travel may be required for this role, with potential travel ranging from 0% to 100% based on business needs and client demands. Here's What You Need: At least 6 years of experience with Oracle Cloud Financial Management (including General Ledger and Financial Accounting Hub). A minimum of 5 years working with end-to-end Record to Report processes and Financial Accounting Hub configurations. At least 3 years in a functional advisory or consulting role on Oracle Cloud transformation projects. Experience with a minimum of 2 full life-cycle implementations of Oracle Cloud FIN solutions. A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years of work experience); if holding an Associate degree, must have at least 6 years of equivalent work experience. At least 1 Oracle Cloud certification. Bonus Points If: You possess knowledge of additional Oracle Cloud products. You thrive in creative problem-solving scenarios. You excel in managing and delivering projects successfully. You have established trust with clients, facilitating business process design, leading configuration workshops, identifying gaps, and preparing test plans and testing. You have experience integrating with Oracle Cloud EPM products. Compensation details depend on various factors, including office location, role, skills, and experience.
