Vice President IT & Strategy (11250)

Who They Are We are partnering with a privately held global manufacturer of steel solutions. They are looking for a VP of IT to help them continue a global technology transformation. This person will be responsible for governing technology decisions, delivering business results, supporting business strategy, managing business risk, developing people capabilities, and managing the budget. They need someone who has ERP transformation experience who can influence other business leaders and earn trust through calm, clear communication. This individual will manage a team of 18-19 total headcount, as well as 4-5 external resources to fill in various specialized skillsets! What You'll Do Develop technology roadmaps Identify and deliver technology and business process improvements Select, adopt, and modify technology that aligns with business goals and operational performance Establish, negotiate, and lead key provider contracts and outsourcing relationships What You'll Need Bachelor's degree; MBA preferred 10+ years of progressive IT leadership experience Experience in a manufacturing environment Experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred)
