Join our dynamic team as a Federal Subcontracts Administration Specialist, where you will play a pivotal role in shaping our procurement strategy! Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Analyze and prepare tailored responses to solicitations for proposal submissions. Collaborate closely with Business Development to define the overall procurement strategy. Evaluate unique contract requirements and special provisions to ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and corporate policies, minimizing business risks. Offer authoritative insights to internal teams regarding corporate goals related to contract management. Engage with finance/accounting and other business units to resolve contract-related issues and disputes effectively. Devise negotiation strategies and support negotiations on contractual matters. Coordinate with contracting officers to secure necessary administrative documentation. Oversee the contract change control process with precision. Maintain an organized contract database and comprehensive files. Manage the entire contracting life cycle, from proposal preparation to contract execution and close-out. Minimum Requirements: Bachelor's degree along with 3+ years of relevant experience. Experience managing subcontracts under various Prime contract awards, including Cost Reimbursable, Firm Fixed Price, and Time & Material. Strong understanding of FAR/DFARS, NDA, TA best practices, and CPSR compliance. Proficiency in ERP systems (Coupa preferred), CLM systems, and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, matrixed environment with minimal oversight. Experience with Federal Health, Civilian, and DoD programs is a plus. Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Self-starter with the capability to manage multiple tasks and make timely decisions. Demonstrated experience in independent complex subcontract negotiations and dispute resolutions. History of working effectively in high-expectation, collaborative environments. Experience supporting CPSR-compliant audits and maintaining robust documentation. Ability to work collaboratively in customer service-oriented teams within a matrixed organization.
