Scrum Master / Project Manager 6 months Contract Location : NYC NY (Onsite 5 days a week) Role Description Client is looking for a hybrid Scrum Master / Project Manager to lead delivery, governance, and stakeholder engagement for the team. This role is central to driving execution across Salesforce platform modernization projects-including application development, platform operations, data integrations, and compliance-driven enhancements. The ideal candidate will balance agile team facilitation with project tracking, client communication, and delivery oversight, working across business analysts, developers, QA, architects, and client stakeholders. Certifications : SAFe POPM/PMP preferred. Key Responsibilities: Agile/Scrum Leadership: Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives across distributed Salesforce and integration teams. Serve as Agile delivery coach, ensuring continuous improvement and removing team blockers. Maintain transparency through burn-down charts, velocity tracking, and sprint dashboards using Jira or equivalent. Facilitate requirement gathering sessions, also act as a business analyst to understand/translate the business requirement to the technical teams. Project Management: Drive project planning, scope, timeline, and risk management in coordination with client leads and delivery teams. Create and maintain project artifacts such as RAID logs, status reports, timelines, and milestone tracking. Manage project budgets, resource forecasts, and contractual deliverables per SOWs. Oversee compliance, documentation, and audit readiness activities, ensuring alignment with FedRAMP/NIST standards. Coordinate cross-team dependencies, including integration with MuleSoft, Tableau, GitLab pipelines, and SQL-based systems. Stakeholder Engagement: Serve as primary point of contact for client's business and technical stakeholders. Lead status meetings, steering committee updates, and ensure alignment with client expectations. Escalate issues proactively and ensure corrective actions are executed timely.
