Senior Product Manager - XR Technology

Role Overview Join our dynamic Platforms organization as a Senior Product Manager focusing on XR technology. In this critical role, you will shape the future of how developers create and distribute content globally. You'll own the product strategy and roadmap for a key strategic partnership, closely collaborating with external partners and a talented internal team of engineers, designers, and program managers. Your efforts will empower users to develop rich, interactive experiences that can be accessed by the widest possible audience. Your Responsibilities Execute a clear vision by establishing a comprehensive roadmap for a vital product area within Platforms and Ecosystem, ensuring seamless alignment among internal teams, partners, and customers. Build and maintain strong relationships with Engineering counterparts, working symbiotically to lead product areas and drive execution together. Serve as a hands-on Product Owner, managing product delivery from ideation to launch, including creating and refining epics, user stories, and detailed product requirements to guide the engineering teams, while managing the product backlog and participating in agile ceremonies. Lead the quarterly planning process for the Platforms product area, synthesizing strategic input from external partners, coordinating with the development team to define scope and dependencies, and presenting the approved plan to platform leadership to gain alignment and resources. Address complex technical challenges across the company and our partners, defining high-impact product initiatives that your team can execute on, while managing dependencies and competing priorities. What We Seek Proven experience in launching games or interactive 3D experiences. Demonstrable ability to manage partnerships with platform holders or game development studios. Deep technical expertise in evaluating complex technology stacks across systems and platforms, including game engines, cloud services, and external APIs. Exceptional communication skills with a track record of effectively translating complex technical concepts for various audiences, from engineers to senior executives. A strong capability to lead and influence cross-functional teams without direct authority, promoting a collaborative and productive working environment. Preferred Qualifications Strong storytelling and visual presentation skills to simplify intricate topics into clear communications. Knowledge of computer graphics and low-level Graphics APIs (e.g., Vulkan). Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time. Additional Information No relocation support is available for this position.
