KPMG is on the lookout for an Associate Director, Partner Compensation and Performance Management Technology to join our Talent & Culture organization. Craft and implement a holistic strategy for Partner Compensation and Performance Management technology and data that aligns with our organizational ambitions. Oversee the deployment and ongoing enhancement of HR technology systems pertinent to partner compensation and performance management. Lead a dedicated team focused on the daily operations and the introduction of innovative technologies to improve our Partner Compensation and Performance Management functions. Build and maintain relationships with our Partner Compensation and Performance Center of Excellence (COE) to understand their goals, provide project updates, and deliver technical guidance. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to pinpoint and prioritize technology needs, ensuring systems are user-friendly, efficient, and scalable. Uphold KPMG's standards of professionalism and integrity in all workplace interactions. Qualifications: A minimum of six years of pertinent experience in information technology, process enhancement, and proficiency in compensation and performance management. A Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution or six years of relevant work experience is preferred; a high school diploma or GED is required. Experience managing teams in a matrixed environment with geographically dispersed stakeholders. Proven success in managing impactful projects aimed at refining organizational processes and programs. Results-oriented mindset with the capability to execute efficiently across multiple deadlines while maintaining a client-focused perspective. Demonstrated proficiency in program and project management, encompassing project lifecycle management and client/vendor relationship management. Solid understanding of KPMG and the industry, coupled with exceptional client orientation and the ability to build relationships across various leadership levels. Outstanding communication and presentation abilities to cultivate partnerships and establish credibility at all organizational levels. Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future.
