Senior Consultant - Digital Transformation In the ever-evolving Power & Utilities sector, our clients encounter various challenges in achieving sustained operational excellence. As a Senior Consultant focusing on technology transformation, you will be pivotal in assisting clients with the successful implementation of cutting-edge digital grid programs and systems, including AMI, ADMS, OMS, SCADA, DRMS, DERMS, EMS, and GIS. This role will enhance their operational effectiveness and overall value. Your Role As an essential member of our Technology Transformation Program Delivery team, you will lead and manage technology projects that are aligned with our strategic initiatives. Your key responsibilities will include: Integrating and configuring operational technology systems to ensure they are compatible with enterprise IT. Working closely with client technical teams to design, test, and validate grid modernization solutions. Overseeing project deliverables, tracking progress, and managing budgets. Facilitating workshops and meetings with clients to promote engagement and understanding. Identifying opportunities for service delivery enhancements and new business ventures. Keeping abreast of industry trends to serve as a trusted advisor to our clients. What We Seek To excel in this role, you will need strong project and program delivery capabilities utilizing Agile and waterfall methodologies, coupled with the ability to mentor junior team members. Required qualifications include: A Bachelor's degree. 2 to 4 years of relevant experience in the Power & Utilities sector, specifically in digital grid systems. Practical experience in system integration and testing with AMI, ADMS, EMS, DRMS, DERMS, and SCADA platforms. Ability to address complex issues with effective communication skills and impactful delivery. A robust understanding of operational technology architecture and project management tools.
