Join our dynamic team as an Educational Clinician / Learning Specialist at Lindamood-Bell Learning Center! We are searching for passionate individuals who are genuinely interested in education, literacy, child development, and academic support. Your Key Responsibilities: Provide personalized one-on-one and small group instruction to in-person students. Document student performance and progress while implementing engaging lesson plans as directed by Learning Center leadership. Utilize positive reinforcement strategies to enhance learning outcomes. Facilitate the implementation of curriculum tailored for Lindamood-Bell Academy students. Communicate effectively and professionally with clients and colleagues to foster a supportive learning environment. Maintain accurate client records in both handwritten and electronic formats. Position & Schedule Highlights: This role will be performed exclusively at the Lindamood-Bell® Learning Center located in Del Mar, CA. We are hiring for both part-time and full-time positions starting in March. Availability is required from Monday through Friday. Learning Center operational hours are from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Schedules may be adjusted based on the needs of the Learning Center. Paid training will typically occur Monday through Friday for two weeks, with 8 hours per day. Part-time employees may work less than 30 hours per week, while full-time employees usually work 30 hours or more per week. Internship credits may be available. Our comprehensive training is designed to ensure your success as an Educational Clinician / Learning Specialist. Required Qualifications: Associate's degree, bachelor's degree, early childhood education certificate, or currently enrolled in a degree program (students are encouraged to apply). A passion for helping others achieve academic success. Ability to connect and engage with students of all ages while effectively managing instructional sessions. Strong skills in reading, spelling, and comprehension. Basic computer proficiency. Preferred Qualifications: Experience is helpful, but not essential: Tutoring, teaching, or classroom experience. A background in education, child development, or literacy. Experience working with children or students.
