Industry Restaurants Type Privately Held About the Role The Company is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Senior Vice President of Operations to take charge of driving the hands-on operational needs of our brand. This pivotal role involves leading strategic initiatives aimed at enhancing our system and brand while focusing on boosting average unit volume growth, increasing positive check count, and enhancing overall system profitability. The ideal candidate will be a strategic leader with a proven ability to meet or exceed sales and profit expectations, accurately forecast business trends, and ensure strict compliance with company and brand standards. You will have the opportunity to inspire and develop a high-performing operations team while collaborating across various departments to achieve operational and team success. Applicants should possess a Bachelor's degree and have a minimum of 10 years’ experience in restaurant operations, including at least 5 years in a senior leadership role within a franchise environment. A consistent track record of meeting operational commitments, exceptional financial acumen, and the capability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment is essential. Experience in restaurant marketing will be considered a plus. Our ideal candidate will also demonstrate outstanding communication, problem-solving, and project management skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and various operational point-of-sale systems is required. Responsibilities include maintaining strict budget controls, developing operational standards, and upholding our brand’s culture and core values across all locations.
