Structural Steel Detailer

A leader metal fabricator located in Morrisville, PA is searching for an experienced Manufacturing Programmer/CAD Detailer to join their team. The company specializes in railroad, transportation and other large fabrication jobs. This person will be responsible for using existing or creating detailed fabrication drawings and part programs for a wide range of projects, including structural steel, bridges, railroad catenary structures, and miscellaneous metal fabrications. This role involves preparing drawings for fabrication, generating CNC or shop-ready files where applicable, and managing projects from concept through release to the shop. Responsibilities: Prepare fabrication drawings and manufacturing programs using AutoCAD and other design software; Generate CNC or shop-ready files to support production. Job requirements: Experience in the steel fabrication or manufacturing industry; Proficiency in reading blueprints and CAD drawings; Skilled in AutoCAD; experience with SolidWorks and Tekla is a plus. #IND Job Requirements
