Our owner also runs a growing software company - a technology startup building AI-powered tools for the automotive service industry. You'll be shaping the digital identity of two brands from day one. The right person won't just grow with us - they'll help define what we become. WHAT YOU'LL OWN:Social Media - Manage and grow our presence across Facebook, Instagram, X (Twitter), and emerging platforms Website SEO - Own organic search rankings across all 11 locations AI / LLM Visibility - Help ensure ESC appears when customers ask ChatGPT, Perplexity, or Google AI where to service their BMW, Mercedes, or Volvo RESPONSIBILITIES:Create, schedule, and manage posts across all social platforms for multiple locations. Develop and execute a long-term SEO strategy to improve organic rankings in each market. Optimize Google Business profiles, manage reviews, and build local citation authority. Research and implement GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) strategies for AI search visibility. Write SEO-optimized content: service pages, blog posts, FAQs, and landing pages. Track and report on performance metrics across all channels monthly. Build and manage the digital presence for our software startup - separate brand, its own voice and audience. Run and optimize paid social and local search ad campaigns across both brands. Collaborate with shop managers to capture real stories, customer wins, and behind-the-scenes content. Help establish the software startup's brand identity online from the ground up. You're excited by the idea of building a brand-new startup's digital presence from scratch. Automotive or tech experience is a plus - hunger, ideas, and curiosity win. About the Company ESC Auto Group is the parent company for European Service Center and European Motor Cars, which was founded in 1979 by Bob Saladna in his mothers garage back in 1979. Since our humble beginnings we have become the largest independent strictly European Automotive Repair Business in the United States. We have multiple locations in Atlanta, Ga - Dallas, and Houston Texas. Bob Saladna still owns the company and still repairs cars.
