Warehouse Lead

Position Title: Warehouse Lead (Manual Labor / Production) Location: Gainesville, TX Status: Temp to Hire Pay Rate: $18-$20 per hour Shift / Hours: Monday - Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM 1-hour lunch Currently working significant overtime (up to 20 hours per week). Long shifts and weekend overtime should be expected. Overtime is indefinite at this time. Position Overview: We are seeking a dependable and trustworthy Warehouse Lead for a small production warehouse in Gainesville, TX. While this role does not directly supervise employees, the selected individual must be responsible enough to be entrusted with facility keys and lock up the warehouse when the supervisor leaves early. This is a hands-on, physically demanding position. Job Duties: Fill 25-35 lb jugs with product Pack two jugs per box Operate tape machine to seal boxes Build pallets (36 boxes per pallet) Load and organize pallets for shipment Maintain a clean and safe work environment Open and lock up warehouse as needed Employees typically work with 1-2 other team members but may occasionally work independently.
