Job Title Lead Brand Associate Description Join our innovative team as a Lead Brand Associate, where you will be crucial in driving brand growth and enhancing engagement. You will oversee our ambassador programs, design impactful campaigns based on insights, and ensure our Connections Academy narrative is communicated effectively and consistently. About the Role The Lead Brand Associate serves as a hybrid strategist and operator, focusing on day-to-day brand management while building strong connections with families who act as our brand ambassadors. Your dedicated efforts will help synthesize insights, guarantee brand consistency across all channels, and collaborate with external agencies, Creative Services, PR, and Social teams to engage ambassadors and highlight authentic family stories that align with our brand values. Families are essential voices in the Connections Academy experience, and your contributions will build awareness and instill confidence during key enrollment periods. Key Responsibilities Ensure uniformity in brand presentation across creative materials and messaging. Collaborate with Marketing Strategy to develop creative briefs and campaign content. Maintain and distribute brand and messaging resources, including guidelines and assets, through our Digital Asset Management system. Partner with School Services, Enrollment, and Retention teams to ensure cohesive brand alignment. Contribute to brand tracking by analyzing trends in awareness and sentiment. Family Ambassador Program Oversee the operational management of the Family Brand Ambassador program, including onboarding and continuous engagement. Develop and manage a pipeline of ambassador activities and communication strategies. Coordinate filming days and media opportunities with PR and marketing teams. Create ambassador toolkits with messaging guidelines and social media content. Act as the main point of contact for all ambassadors. Content & Social Collaboration Work closely with social and agency partners to produce content centered around brand and ambassador stories. Brief ambassadors on campaign themes and coordinate the collection of assets. Collaborate with Creative Services and communication teams on branded materials. Insights, Measurement & Reporting Collect insights from surveys, campaign data, and social channels. Translate insights into actionable recommendations for future initiatives. Maintain dashboards to monitor ambassador activities and content performance. Provide monthly reports and quarterly insights to stakeholders. Operations & Working Methods Adhere to established workflows and approval processes for brand and creative reviews. Collaborate with Marketing Strategy to ensure alignment of all content with processes. Promote transparency and alignment across all teams within the organization. Qualifications 3-5 years of experience in brand marketing, community programs, or consumer insights. Background in managing stakeholder relationships or influencer communities. Proficient in marketing analytics or social listening tools. Strong writing and editing skills. Excellent project management and collaboration skills. Previous experience in the education sector is advantageous but not required. Skills & Competencies Strong attention to detail and commitment to brand integrity. Outstanding organizational and communication abilities. Effective collaboration across various functions. Familiar with basic data analysis and reporting practices. Adaptable with strong problem-solving skills. Customer-centric perspective. Understanding of project management tools and basic tracking systems. Compensation: The compensation at Pearson is influenced by various factors including skills, experience level, and geographical location. For residents of certain states, the salary for this position ranges from $65,000 - $85,000. This role is eligible for an annual incentive program and provides additional benefits.
