Must be willing to perform hand and general orthopaedic surgery. The practice is willing to consider an exceptional Fellow coming out of training. Practice call split evenly among physician group. Minority or equally shared hand call at the hospital u2019s level II Trauma ER. Call is compensated separately Base salary guarantee, benefits package and moving allowance. After guarantee period, production model with bonus capability. Possible fellowship stipend available. Track to partnership, real estate and Ambulatory Surgery Center buy-in. Access to 5 hospitals and 2 ambulatory surgery centers. No state income tax.
