Lead Full Stack Engineer - Informatica

Your Role The Application Services team is essential in enhancing customer satisfaction and fostering technical collaboration, all while delivering top-tier application development through an innovative Platform and Technology Product Operating Model. As a Lead Full Stack Engineer, you will report to the Director of IT Applications (Integration and Interoperability Platform), playing a central role in the engineering, administration, and enablement of Informatica's Intelligent Data Management Cloud (IDMC). Your focus will be on creating a reliable, secure, and scalable platform for enterprise data integration and application integration workloads. In this role, you will be tasked with integrating security and automation throughout the software development lifecycle (SDLC). This includes writing clean, maintainable code and building infrastructure that supports CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and cloud-native delivery. You will implement and enforce DevSecOps best practices tailored for Azure, contribute to infrastructure as code, and collaborate closely with developers, testers, and cloud engineers to ensure code is secure, scalable, and production-ready from day one. Your Knowledge and Experience Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience), with 5+ years of experience in full stack engineering, platform engineering, or cloud integration. 3+ years of hands-on experience with Informatica Intelligent Data Management Cloud (IDMC) or Informatica Cloud platforms, including runtime administration and integration development. Strong understanding of IDMC Secure Agent architecture, runtime execution models, and environment management. Proficient in programming and scripting languages such as Python, JavaScript, PowerShell, or Bash for automation and platform tooling. Experience with CI/CD pipelines (e.g., GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, Bitbucket Pipelines) and infrastructure as code tools (e.g., Terraform, Bicep). Solid understanding of data integration and application integration patterns, REST APIs, JSON/XML, and distributed systems. Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure, including networking, compute, security, and monitoring services. Experience implementing monitoring, logging, and alerting for cloud-hosted runtime platforms. Working knowledge of Git and version control best practices. Familiarity with containerization concepts and cloud-native runtime environments. Experience working in Agile and DevOps delivery models. Experience incorporating AI-assisted development or automation tools to enhance productivity. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, emphasizing operational reliability and developer experience.
