Influence Unity's overall data strategy by advocating for the value and trust of developers in all decision-making processes. Your Profile: Demonstrated experience in building live operations services or developer tools, preferably within the gaming or interactive applications space. Strong empathy for developer workflows, with a knack for translating pain points into meaningful product solutions that streamline their work. Solid product sense for creating services focused on personalization, engagement campaigns, and player retention. Understanding of how data and machine learning can enhance developer services. Exceptional communication skills, capable of conveying complex value propositions to diverse audiences.
