Hourly Wage: $20.7 - $24.2 per/hour The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location. Additional compensation: Includes annual or quarterly performance incentives. Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances, based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed.
