Power Platform Technical Lead

Job Title: Power Platform Technical Lead Work Location: Richardson, TX 75082 (Onsite) Job Summary We are seeking a highly experienced Technology Lead with strong expertise in Microsoft Power Platform to design, develop, and support enterprise low-code applications. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse , and integration with external systems such as SAP . Strong knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, governance, security policies, and DLP strategies is essential. Must Have Skills Power Apps (Canvas & Model-Driven Apps) Power Automate (Flows, approvals, integrations) Dataverse Low-code solution architecture Integration with external systems (SAP preferred) CI/CD pipelines using GitHub or similar tools Governance, security policies, and DLP implementation Microsoft ecosystem (.NET exposure is a plus) Key Responsibilities Requirement Gathering Work closely with business stakeholders to analyze requirements and translate them into scalable Power Platform solutions. Define technical architecture, data models, and integration approach. Development Design and build low-code solutions using Power Apps and Power Automate. Integrate applications with external data sources such as SAP and enterprise systems. Implement CI/CD pipelines for automated build and deployment. Establish governance standards and data loss prevention (DLP) policies. Support Provide post-deployment support, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
