About the Role We are seeking a highly skilled Associate Vice President, Infrastructure Due Diligence Expert to lead the growth of our Technical Due Diligence (TDD) Practice. In this pivotal role, you will drive strategic expansion, lead initiatives in the TDD market, and cultivate long-term partnerships with clients in the infrastructure sector. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include: Serving as a technical and thought leader in technical due diligence for infrastructure assets. Managing and delivering multi-disciplinary projects while leading expert teams. Providing advisory services to clients, enhancing their understanding of technical assessments. Building and maintaining lasting relationships with stakeholders and clients. The ideal candidate will possess a robust engineering background with at least 10 years of relevant experience in the infrastructure sector, demonstrated expertise in technical due diligence, and transaction advisory. A Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field is required, while a Master’s degree is preferred. Knowledge of the PPP model, project finance, M&A, and understanding of technical and commercial risk assessment is crucial. Key qualifications also include: Exceptional analytical skills and market insight. Proven ability to manage project delivery effectively. Business development experience. Strong communication skills with the ability to engage a diverse range of stakeholders. Willingness to travel domestically and internationally, with less than 10% travel expected.
