Competitive Pay: Earn up to $0.55 CPM for solo drivers with per diem, and $75K-$85K annually. Team drivers can earn up to $0.80 CPM with per diem, averaging $185K-$200K per year. Home Time: Solo drivers are home weekly, while team drivers enjoy home time every other week. Consistent Mileage: Solo drivers can expect to run approximately 3000 miles, and team drivers can rack up 6000 miles. Orientation Pay: $2500 for solo sign-on and $5000 for team sign-on, with $1000 transition pay during your first week! Freight: 100% no touch freight with an average length of haul between 1500-1600 miles, running from TX to MI or NY. Additional Benefits: Orientation pay, layover compensation, detention, stop pay, and breakdown pay.
