As a Seasonal Operations Administrative Coordinator, you will be instrumental in supporting the operational and recruitment efforts within our district offices. Your responsibilities will include: Facilitating seasonal hiring by utilizing the H&R Block applicant tracking system and providing administrative support to the District Operations Coordinator (DOC). Assisting Tax Office Associates with the renewal and payment procedures for Preparer Tax Identification Numbers (PTIN). Managing communications (written, phone, electronic) from offices, addressing concerns or requests related to supplies and facilities, documenting issues, researching solutions, and escalating matters as needed. Collaborating effectively with DOC, District General Manager (DGM), and Field Associates to fulfill administrative support tasks. Sourcing vendors for local facility requirements and coordinating payment processes. Reviewing invoices and preparing payments for DOC approval using Coupa or corporate credit card expenses. Staying proficient in tools that support district operations, including Microsoft Teams and other Microsoft Suite applications. Participating in training sessions to improve your skills and job performance. Undertaking additional responsibilities as assigned by the DOC or in conjunction with the Company Support Manager (CSM). What You'll Bring... Education: High school diploma or equivalent. Experience: Exceptional communication skills, capable of interacting clearly and calmly with associates through various channels while employing effective customer service techniques, particularly in high-pressure situations. Able to work independently with minimal supervision. Prior experience in customer service roles. Strong decision-making, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities. Excellent organizational, prioritization, and project coordination skills. Proficient oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills to engage at all levels. Strong time management and organizational abilities to handle multiple tasks efficiently. Experience working within a Windows environment. Familiarity or a willingness to learn about Microsoft Operating Systems, networking, computer peripherals, software applications, and remote tools. It Would Be Even Better If You Had...
