Join Our Caring Community: Elevate Health and Wellness The Resolution Team - Provider Correspondence team is seeking a dedicated Correspondence Specialist. In this fully remote role, you will play a crucial part in researching, documenting, and interpreting provider reimbursement programs. Your responsibilities will include updating and maintaining fee scheduling and pricing structures while ensuring correct pricing and adherence to contracted rates and reimbursement policies. As a Provider Correspondence Specialist, you will: Recommend reimbursement policies and processes, ensuring compliance with government regulations. Analyze provider reimbursement patterns and identify trends. Make informed decisions focused on methods and processes for completing various administrative tasks and projects. Prioritize requests and exercise judgment in interpreting and adapting procedures and processes. Leverage Your Skills to Make a Difference Required Qualifications: 1+ years of technical experience with various software systems including Outlook and Teams. 2+ years of experience in customer service and/or administrative roles. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook). Preferred Qualifications: 1+ years of claims experience. 1+ years of experience with Medicare and/or Medicaid. Knowledge of MHK. Familiarity with CRM systems. Experience with CAS. Work Schedule: Training: This position is scheduled to start on Monday, April 20th, 2026. Training will be conducted virtually for 3-4 weeks, Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM Eastern. Training duration may be extended based on business needs. Remote associates must maintain punctuality, work in a quiet environment, and keep their camera on during training. Post-Training Work Schedule: After training, associates should be flexible to work any 8-hour shift between 6:00 AM - 6:30 PM Eastern time, Monday - Friday. Weekend and overtime work may be required. The first 120 days of employment serve as a crucial appraisal period with perfect attendance required during training. The department enforces a strict attendance policy, with no time off permitted during the first 90 days. Employees must be willing to stay in this role for a minimum of 12 months before seeking other opportunities within Humana. Remote Work Requirements: A minimum internet download speed of 25 Mbps and an upload speed of 10 Mbps is required. Associates in designated states may receive bi-weekly payments to cover internet costs. Direct wired internet connection is mandatory; wireless and other connections are not permitted. Humana will provide the necessary telephone equipment. Work from a dedicated space with limited distractions to safeguard member PHI/HIPAA information. After training, flexibility for 8-hour shifts between 6:00 AM - 6:30 PM Eastern time is required, with the possibility of weekends and overtime. This position is not available for candidates residing in Puerto Rico due to contractual requirements. Weekly Hours: 40 Salary Range: Compensation is estimated between $40,000 - $52,300 annually, varying based on location and qualifications.
