Project Manager - Odessa, FL

Career Strategy Consultants is seeking an experienced Project Manager with a background in steam turbine systems to join a well-established team based in Odessa, FL. This is a full-time, high-travel role with outstanding earnings potential and a unique opportunity to lead end-to-end steam turbine projects across the U.S. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all phases of mechanical service projects, from proposal and planning through execution and completion. This role is heavily focused on project coordination, client communication, technical oversight, and timeline and budget management in a high-demand field environment. Key Responsibilities Develop comprehensive project quotes, plans, and timelines with clear milestones and deliverables. Oversee project budgets, allocating resources efficiently and competitively. Coordinate activities between technical teams, customers, and field personnel. Monitor project progress, troubleshoot issues, and drive project completion. Collaborate cross-functionally with engineers, millwrights, and technicians. Provide regular updates to clients, ensuring clear communication and issue resolution. Identify and mitigate risks to maintain project performance and safety standards. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical field. Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in the steam turbine or industrial power generation industry. PMP or equivalent certification preferred. Strong communication, coordination, and leadership skills. Ability to travel 50%-75% of the time and work extended shifts (12-hour Day/Night). Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
