About the Role: We are looking for a strategic and solutions-driven Key Account Investigation Analyst to work with our Key Account Operational Excellence (KAOE) team at Marken. This position focuses on operational excellence and client satisfaction within the healthcare, pharmaceutical, and essential lab sectors. You will play a crucial role in enhancing processes and resolving issues to strengthen our client relationships. Location: UPS Marken Miami 8400 NW 33rd St, Westside Plaza 1, Suite 402 Doral, FL 33122 Schedule: Monday - Friday, approximately 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM ET Key Responsibilities: Investigate package loss, supply chain discrepancies, and operational deviations with a focus on accuracy and professionalism. Collaborate with clients and internal teams to address issues and implement lasting process improvements. Conduct root cause analyses using insightful interviews, data reviews, and procedural audits to identify and address systemic weaknesses. Promote continuous improvement by documenting findings and suggesting preventive measures to support Marken's mission. Perform compliance audits related to TSA/FAA regulations and ensure adherence to hazmat shipping protocols. Utilize Marken technology to track shipping milestones and generate actionable insights for improved performance. Engage in forward-thinking initiatives to refine investigations and bolster security protocols through innovative tools and methodologies. Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree or international equivalent (preferred). Experience in quality-driven industries like healthcare, pharmaceuticals, or essential labs is preferred. Familiarity with airline logistics, hazmat shipping, and dangerous goods regulations is a plus. Prior experience in military, law enforcement, or investigative roles is advantageous. Demonstrated high ethical standards and ability to maintain confidentiality. Strong communication, interpersonal, and time management skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Access, Outlook). Able to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment focused on client satisfaction and operational excellence.
