In this pivotal role, you'll direct the development and delivery of cutting-edge power system solutions for campuses, hospitals, airports, and vital facilities. Your responsibilities will encompass substations, distribution networks, and microgrids that function in both grid-parallel and islanded modes, ensuring reliable, sustainable, and economical energy solutions. As the Director, you will: Set the market strategy and propel business development across aviation, healthcare, higher education, federal sectors, and advanced manufacturing. Engage directly with clients, lead proposal efforts, and oversee project implementation. Mentor and nurture a multidisciplinary team of engineers and designers. Deliver innovative electrical solutions to improve energy resilience and operational reliability. Qualifications: Bachelor's or advanced degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field. 10+ years of experience in the design, consulting, project management, construction, commissioning, or operations concerning electric power systems. Proven expertise in medium voltage systems, substations, and microgrid design. Excellent communication and technical writing skills. A demonstrated ability to lead teams and manage stakeholder relationships. Preferred Qualifications: Professional Engineering (PE) license. Experience in operational leadership and team growth. Familiarity with various construction delivery methods. Strong business financial acumen and strategic planning capabilities.
