Supply Chain Analyst

Description: Supply Chain Analysts improve the efficiency of supply chain operations through data collection and analysis, process improvements, and functional system support. Gathering information from multiple departments, understanding their needs, and providing solutions that enhance supply chain performance and service delivery. Perform the activities including but not limited to those outlined below in support of clients Supplier Management operations. Develop and execute projects to enhance supply chain operations. Analyze and identify areas of supply chain operations to improve efficiency. Develop key performance indicators for supply chain operations, measure performance, and prepare related reporting. Understand system functionality and assist with requirements gathering and testing for IT upgrades or projects. Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and support teams (e.g., Purchasing, IT, Accounts Payable, Cybersecurity, Risk Management, Corporate Taxes, etc.). Utilize knowledge of SAP Supply Chain and Maximo work management functionality. Pull and analyze data from systems such as SAP, Aravo, ServiceNow, and Maximo. Understand client policies, procedures, and standards. Use of interpersonal skills to build trust, manage expectations, and collaborate across teams is critical. Immediate supplier management duties will include supplier onboarding, updates, maintaining supplier data accuracy and writing statement of work procedures. Use reporting tools such as Power BI to support data driven decision-making. Qualifications: Supplier Management experience is preferred. Strong customer service skills and proactive problem solving are essential, as the role involves gathering information from multiple departments, understanding their needs, and providing solutions that enhance supply chain performance and service delivery. Demonstrate the ability to communicate clearly, respond effectively to internal customers, and maintain a service oriented mindset while resolving issues. Exhibit excellent communication, customer service, and teamwork skills. Requires excellent attention to detail, an in depth understanding of supply chain functions, and exceptional analytical abilities. Knowledge of reporting tools such as Power BI. Demonstrate a strong understanding of and ability to work with Purchasing, Logistics & Materials Management, and Investment Recovery.
