Job Summary: The Manager, Procurement and Facilities Operations will oversee Help at Home's real estate portfolio while managing centralized procurement processes across the organization. This role entails daily oversight of our outsourced real estate partner, ensuring effective vendor and contract management, while utilizing the Coupa procurement system to enhance cost savings, consistency, and operational efficiency. The manager will embody a strategic yet hands-on leadership approach, balancing tactical execution with long-term planning. Building strong relationships across departments and serving as a vital liaison between Finance, Operations, IT, and external partners will be core to this role. This is a REMOTE position with minimal travel expectations to the Chicago, IL headquarters once a quarter for on-site collaboration and department meetings. Pay range is $110,000-$124,000 Our Benefits: Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage 401(k) retirement plan Paid time off and holidays Employee assistance programs and wellness initiatives Flexible options to support a balanced life Responsibilities What You'll Do: Real Estate Management Oversee Help at Home's real estate portfolio of 100+ locations, including lease management, renewals, consolidations, relocations, and closures. Manage Cushman & Wakefield's performance against key performance indicators (KPIs), including transaction management and vendor relations. Collaborate with Operations to evaluate and support strategic facilities planning. Work in partnership with IT to ensure efficient, stable, and safe office environments. Coordinate with Accounting to ensure accurate representation of real estate locations in NetSuite, ensuring prompt communication regarding changes to maintain data integrity. Monitor service level agreements (SLAs) to meet customer service standards. Procurement & Vendor Management Act as the subject matter expert on procurement processes and practices, particularly with Coupa. Develop and continuously enhance procurement policies, procedures, and controls. Oversee cost-saving initiatives and spend analytics organization-wide. Collaborate with Legal to negotiate favorable contract terms and minimize business risks. Engage with key vendors to optimize costs and establish standard practices across locations. Ensure compliance within the vendor master file and streamline Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes with Finance and Accounting. Conduct regular reviews with high-spending vendors to assess service performance and identify cost-saving opportunities. Identify opportunities to consolidate vendors and simplify sourcing strategies. Build partnerships across Operations, Finance, and Legal to align business goals and procurement needs. Create metrics and reporting dashboards to assess performance against cost savings and service quality standards. Lead change initiatives to promote the adoption of new processes and tools. Qualifications Education & Experience: Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain, or a related field is required. Seven (7) to ten (10) years of progressive experience in facilities, real estate, or procurement. Experience in managing outsourced real estate partnerships (e.g., Cushman & Wakefield) is preferred. Track record of achieving cost savings and improving operations in multi-site organizations. Strong understanding of contract negotiations and financial analyses. Required Skills/Abilities: Strong negotiation, analytical, and vendor management skills. Excellent oral and written communication abilities. Collaborative leadership style with capability for cross-functional teamwork. Proven ability to lead multiple complex projects with minimal supervision. Advanced problem-solving and critical thinking skills. Proficient in Coupa or similar eProcurement tools and Microsoft Office Suite. Customer service orientation with meticulous attention to detail.
