Your Role and Impact As a Speech Therapy Specialist, you will: Evaluate and create personalized treatment plans for patients needing speech and language rehabilitation. Identify challenges and modify therapy methods to meet patient goals. Track, document, and report on patient performance and progress. Celebrate and acknowledge patient accomplishments throughout their rehabilitation journey. Qualifications Required A current license or certification as required by state regulations. Successful completion of SLP Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC). CPR certification is required or must be obtained within 30 days of hire. Preferred: Master’s degree or a Bachelor's degree complemented by relevant experience.
