Job Title: Sr. SAP Project Manager / Delivery Manager Location: Newark, CA - 7373 Gateway Boulevard Work Model: Onsite 4 days/week (Mandatory) Rate: Open & Flexible for the Right Candidate Job Summary We are seeking a highly experienced Senior SAP Project Manager / Delivery Manager with 15+ years of SAP delivery experience to lead large, complex, cross-functional SAP programs within a global automotive manufacturing environment. Required Qualifications 15+ years of experience delivering SAP programs across multiple modules. 10+ years of SAP project/delivery/engagement management experience. Strong hands-on experience with global delivery models. Deep understanding of cross-functional SAP processes. Proven experience managing large-scale SAP programs in Manufacturing, Automotive, or similar industries. Strong expertise in: Project planning Milestone calculation Scheduling Budgeting Dependency management Stakeholder management Experience working with Agile and Waterfall methodologies. Excellent leadership, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.
