Job DescriptionPET/CT Technologist - Float between 2 locations New Hyde Park & Patchogue $55- $70 per hour + OT eligible Monday-Friday | Schedule between 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM Overview A well-established, multi-site diagnostic imaging organization in New York City is seeking experienced PET/CT Technologists to support growing PET/CT imaging volume. This is a direct-hire opportunity that will float between New Hyde Park & Patchogue. What's In It for You Competitive hourly pay: $55 - $70, based on experience and certifications Overtime eligible Comprehensive benefits starting Day 1, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401(k) retirement plan, and generous PTO(8 paid holidays, including 2 floating holidays) Modern imaging technology and a collaborative clinical environment Opportunities for professional growth and long-term stability Responsibilities Perform PET/CT imaging procedures using advanced imaging equipment Administer radioactive compounds for diagnostic imaging Process and enhance images for physician interpretation Monitor patient condition throughout imaging procedures Communicate with radiologists regarding scan protocols and complex exams Educate patients on procedures to ensure comfort and safety Maintain radiation safety standards in accordance with ALARA principles Calibrate, maintain, and troubleshoot PET/CT equipment Participate in quality control and assurance activities Qualifications Graduate of an accredited Nuclear Medicine Technology program (Bachelor's preferred) NMTCB and/or ARRT-N certification required Active New York State license Ready to Apply?
