Summer 2026 Management Trainee Internship

Location: This role is located at one of our rental branches in the Greater Baltimore area. Pay: The starting compensation for this position is $19.00/hour. You'll be at the forefront of operations, mirroring the responsibilities of our Management Trainees. You'll gain hands-on experience in managing a fleet of vehicles, establishing strong customer relationships, crafting marketing strategies, and collaborating with coworkers. During your internship, you'll have the chance to apply your skills in practical projects while enjoying some friendly competition with fellow interns. Must major in Business or Communications. Must have at least 6 months of experience in sales, customer service, marketing, or leadership (non-concurrent is acceptable). Must pass a satisfactory background check, including driving history (no more than 2 moving violations or at-fault accidents in the past 3 years and no drug or alcohol related convictions in the last 3 years), as well as criminal, employment reference, education, and social security checks. Must possess a valid US driver's license held for at least one year. No drug or alcohol related convictions on driving record in the past 3 years (DUI/DWI). Must be authorized to work in the United States without requiring sponsorship for this position now or in the future. Must reside in Baltimore or a neighboring county (Anne Arundel, Carroll, Howard, or Harford) for the summer. Must be available to start at the end of May 2026. Must commit to a work schedule of 30-40 hours per week. Must be able to commit to a total of 12 weeks for the internship.
