Assist with daily routines, transitions, and classroom participation. Implement strategies outlined in individualized support or behavior plans. Promote independence, safety, and engagement in the school environment. Collaborate closely with teachers, therapists, and support staff. Requirements Experience working with children or individuals with special needs (school, daycare, or behavioral health setting preferred). Strong communication and relationship-building skills. High school diploma or equivalent required. Current clearances (Child Abuse, PA Criminal, FBI) or willingness to obtain.
